Which Arsenal is Used by Terrorists?

The Japanese whaling fleet, invading Australian waters, bringing soldiers to a demilitarized zone, killing whales in a whale sanctuary, during a global ban on commercial whaling, is calling Sea Shepherd terrorists.  Who’s right?

The Japanese whalers claim that the Butyric Acid that Sea Shepherd is throwing causes corrosive injuries to the whalers.
